You didn't provide any details concerning your system's hardware specs but as an initial thought, if your system is old enough that a "regular," more full featured distribution (like Ubuntu) would slow it down considerably, then Zorin OS 9 Lite would probably be the better choice. However, you can try them both and see which works best for you.
