You don't tell us what version of (guessing) openSUSE you're using, or what you've done/tried so far, or give us any details about the problem. From the looks of it, you've either got a corrupted installation or set of updates...was this EVER working for you??
May want to run "sudo zypper dup", which may download/correct things, and get your system updated, but I wouldn't even recommend that since we have no details about how you got to where you are.
