YAST on suse


I am using Open Suse 10.3 I am new in linux but I like and support open source.The problem is when I installed it there is no sound.I did everything but no use.I downloaded from realtek web page original package ALC662tar.Can someone tell me the best way about what to do.Thank you in advance.
