Question wineX (Cedega) question


hi,

Is it possible to download WineX(Cedega) for free?
if so what is the url?

Just be aware that the free CVS version of Cedega does *not* include the proprietary DirectX modules, that are needed to play most games.

To get those, you have to subscribe, at http://www.transgaming.com.

I doubt it. Not with the CVS version.

Well, Cedega *is* based on Wine, with added DirectX support modules. If a game requires DirectX, chances are it won't work at all in Wine.

o .... but I keep on trying I think one day I'll find it and then I can help anybody else who wants to play those games too
