Will this work for getting Standard Note?

I'm thinking of getting it on Xubutu18.04LTS on a 64 bit computer. It's from this link: https://standardnotes.org/extensions?downloaded=linux

So just download that file to Downloads and then follow the commands they give in the terminal. And those commands with the arrows, they are separate commands?

Thank you.

I don’t know if it works, because I haven’t tried it, but these are two different commands indeed.

The first command moves a file to your home directory, the second command changes the current directory (also known as “working directory”) to your home.
