[SOLVED] why is there 3 fedora option on my boot menu and which one do i choice

hello i am new to linux and for my first os i installed fedora.
i updated fedora but now there are 3 options. and i don't know which one to choice which one is better and why are there 3 options ?

The first is the newest installed kernel, normally the best choice. Next is a previously installed kernel, something to try if the newer kernel isn't working right. Third is the rescue kernel, something to try if neither of the first two work properly, or you transfer the disk to a different computer and you wish to boot from it.
