Question which distro is easy to remaster?


i would like to remaster a linux distro.......
i have many Mathematical Java Applications and need to add these java applications to this my customized distro... and i want to give this customized distro to my mathematician friends for trying out... Can you help me please?

so which distro is easy to remaster?

The deb based distro's (debian, *buntu) have remastersys
For slackware

You could also try the Suse web based image builder (Suse Studio). It allows you to take various Suse base distros and customize them with packages or your own software, then to create a vmware image or bootable USB/CD/DVD image.
