Question What is the name of the Slackware 9.1 laptop kernel

What is the name of the kernel to be used on a laptop that comes with the Slackware 9.1 CDs?

I have been searching other posts and googled without success. Thank you ahead of time.

Yes bare.i is fine.
when up and running you can edit /etc/rc.d/rc.modules...

uncomment the line /sbin/modprobe apm

This will give you a battery monitor.
