Every COUPLE of times I log onto Suse, ( it doesn't even seem to be consistent with it's appearance) i will be greeted by KPopup in my top left corner.

I've read the "About KPopup" and any other related help topic I could find provided by the program.

Is this program really as pointless as they have explained in the Help Section? What can I do with this? Is there some awesome superpower I have yet to behold? Is this just a popup blocker for any browser that I so choose to use?
