Webmin and Java on client

I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04. Everything seems to work except one thing - I cannot get the File Manager in Webmin to open.

Webmin is otherwise working fine. The new setup is working fine. The file manager is not.

Since the file manager is accessed through the client browser and based on java I thought that this was simply a matter of my having not installed a java something. The problem I have is that I appear to have installed all the likely targets.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to solve this?
