Unhappy Using terminal for Uploading videos in Odysee Platform

Hello. I have an account in Odysee. I like to share my video in that platform. I went to lbry documentary to learn how to do that ? So I downloaded the lbrynet executable file and executed it. I dont know exactly what it is.
But it should run on the background to upload file (using terminal).

I get the command from the documentary ,But I didnt get the argument's values. There is some arguments called bid, channel_id, & account_id. I dont know what values to put in it. I didnt see these things on my odysee account. I dont know where to find them.
