User Id's

Is it possible to have multiple userids for one person in Linux? Is it possible to use the same userid for multiple persons? Explain.

The term userid is sometimes used for both alphabatical username and numerical UID.
Numeric userid is unique in a Unix OS and cannot be assigned to multiple usernames. On the other hand a "person" can have multiple user accounts i.e. usernames, but each having different numeric UIDs.
