Tor Browser cannot "see" outside of its confines.
What JohnVV wrote is spot on.
On my system, TBB is in ~/.local/share/torbrowser/tbb/x86_64/tor-browser_en-US/Browser.

how do you get your tor browser to upload screenshots to forums?
Don't all tor browsers sit in the same spot?

Don't use tor browser for that, it is not meant do do that. You can configure your browser as you like, but you will lose the original functionality [of tor browser] by doing that.

and the rest.. is it in fact, debian-tor you are using?
I am using debian 11, and tor for debian. How to do we get the pictures in pictures folder from my desktop to tor downloads folder like John VV suggested? I don't know what to type in terminal or GUI to move that around. I don't know where to start to locate tor download browser in debian 11, I would know how to do this windows but not here.

try placing the images you want to upload in the TOR " downloads" folder
it is in the tor install folder
Your prompt shows [lenovo@lenovo] which is user@host.
Looking at that data, why are you asking about serial numbers? Do you see anything that resembles or is identified as a serial number or model number?
Also, please use the 'Go Advanced' button at the bottom of the input box, then use the '#' tag in the upper bar of the advanced screen to add the code tags so what you paste into your post retains the original formatting and is much more readable.
Sorry, I don't know where your tor downloads directory is. Call them directories on Linux, not folders.
Also, to do certain things from within a desktop environment, like access USB thumb drives, and several other things, your user needs to be a member of additional groups. Your user lenovo was probably added to some, but probably not the tor, or whatever group it needs. Adding a user to groups is a security risk (other users could access your USB device, etc.) but it's convenient.
Are you on a live session or a full installation of Debian?

Is there a way to locate tor's download directory in terminal using commands?

show us the output of the command
Code:
groups
It is a full installation (not Live) and there is only one user.
$groups
lenovo cdrom floppy sudo audio dip video plugdev netdev debian-tor bluetooth lpadmin scanner docker autologin
Looks like your user is in the debian-tor group already. Did you try the rest of what was on that link? Maybe search online for "debian-tor download directory default location."
This is your output within code tags. It just avoids the html from interpreting things in funny ways, like making code into smiley faces, etc.:
Code:
$groups
lenovo cdrom floppy sudo audio dip video plugdev netdev debian-tor bluetooth lpadmin scanner docker autologin

Your system does "see" outside of confines? What do I need to shuffle to get it to upload via tor?
