Unmet dependancies and broken packages

I'm trying to install Alexa software on my RaspberryPi, but I keep hitting this wall. I've tried lots of different fixes, but nothing seems to work. Ant ideas?

Code:
The following packages have unmet dependancies:
libcurl4-openssl-dev : Conflicts: libssl1.0-dev but 1.0.2q-2 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct the problems, you have held broken packages.
I have tried reinstalling it but it always says that it is already updated to 1.0.2q-2

I'm at a loss so anything is helpful, Thanks!

To build on what ondoho said, the key error message when building a package is usually the first one. Following ones may be symptoms of the first (although they may sometimes be from separate missing dependencies).

And thanks for use "code" tags.

additionally you may try to explain what did you try [to install] exactly, what do you mean by "I've tried lots of different fixes"
