Unable to get Video on Skype Calls

Hi,

I have successfully installed skype and voice calls are working fine but when I try to make video call the video doesnt start. My webcam is working and if I check skype video settings my webcam gets turned on but I cannot make a video call.

Any help will be much appreciated.
