I managed to reload a Hikvision Blazer Pro NVR with Windows and Linux, but I ran into an issue. When the NVR boots up with the original Hikvision OS (Firmware) the device works fine but when I load it with Windows/Linux it keeps rebooting after a few minutes even inside of the BIOS it reboots. What could be the issue?

...and, like your other post, you provide next to zero details. This doesn't tell us what version of Ubuntu, Windows, or how you installed these things. You don't provide the model # of the hardware, any specs on it, any messages/errors at all.....we cannot guess.
More Details: Hardware: Hikvision Blazer Pro NVR i3 8GB RAM and 32GB SSD
I installed Ubuntu 20.04 on Hikvision Blazer Pro NVR, but the Blazer Pro reboots after a few minutes of booting up with no error messages.
I installed Windows Server 2019 on Hikvision Blazer Pro NVR to test if it does the same, but the Blazer Pro reboots after a few minutes of booting up with no error messages.
When I boot the system with the Original Hikvision OS it does not reboot.
It is like the Original Hikvision OS tells the hardware not to reboot because when I take a bit too long in the Bios Settings it reboots.
