Two subversions servers in same linux box

Can i have two subversion servers in same linux box?

What i want is : Add a new disk to server, mount a existing repo to this new disk,and commit changes here.

I had tried to accomplish it by making another repo , and making changes in "Location" in svnserv.conf like:

# cat myrepo-svnrepo.conf
<Location /svn>
DAV svn
SVNParentPath /svn/repos/
SVNListParentPath On
</Location>

but it gives error after mounting to second disk: Unable to access SVN, No XML format.

Any leads ??

You can have several server softwares running on the same box; obviously they cannot occupy the same ports.
Running two instances of the same software might be tricky though, regardless of serving.

Agree with ondoho's point. I do feel you'll need to see what happens when you run two instances of the same software. You have to figure a way to make each server run instance unique.

Most applications like this allow you to specify the conf file using a command line option.

You presently do run it in the default configuration. You have built a second database intended for the other configuration. I'd create the conf file to use that second database, get it correct, and then see about the ability to use two different conf files for each instance you run of the server application.

Sounds like a question that would either be answered in the server config section of the docs or receive a better answer from the SVN mailing list.
