Trying to rebuild an rar arcive for a torrent file

Hello,

Im trying to rebuild an rar archive but I dont know how the original people built it.

Is there a way for me to find out how it was built by looking at the arcive? I want to reseed it but I dont want to download the whole thing again. If I can download only a part of the arcive and then rebuild it at my end before seeding it again it would be great.

Any advice?
