That worked out, but do if I reboot, do I need to constantly run
etc/profile to have Java direct to the paths? Is there anyway I can have it load on startup automatically?
If you do reboot the /etc/profile is read when you are loggin in to the system, so you don't have to run source /etc/profile everytime, the changes to PATH were done permanently unless you want to modify it again.
