True. First you need to verify the download has not been corrupted in the download process, then you need to properly write it to the USB with software designed for that purpose and finally, ensure you have the USB set to first boot priority in the BIOS firmware.

I'm not sure what you mean by the 2nd boot menu E drive. Windows doesn't give partition (drive) letters for non-windows systems. What filesystem is on that partition?
