Trouble trying to install Google Chrome in Centos 7

I'm a newbie to Linux. I installed Google Chrome successfully on another machine the other day using the following commands:

wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/g...ent_x86_64.rpm

sudo yum localinstall google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm

It worked no problem but now, I'm trying to do the same thing on a different machine and I'm having an issue. It downloads the file no problem but when I go to install using the command above, I get the following error:

File contains no section headers.
file: file:///etc/yum.repos.d/google-chrome.repo, line: 1
'[google-chrome] name=Google Chrome 64-bit baseurl=http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64\n'

I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. I've searched for help on various forum posts but haven't had any luck. Can someone please help me out??

Move the offending file out of the way and try again
Code:
sudo mv /etc/yum.repos.d/google-chrome.repo{,.bad}
