setenv is tcsh/csh builtin, and not available in bash. But again, you need to contact the maintainers.

Posting the same thing twice within a few minutes, on a thread that has been closed for more than a year, won't do you much good. As told to the OP, you have two options:
  • Pay for the commercial software and contact their support
  • Load the latest version and if you have problems, contact the author
