That time issue on dual boot box

Have that Windows/Linux time issue on another box, can fix it with this
Code:
 sudo ntpdate pool.ntp.org
The question:
How can I run that, or something similar, in Startup Applications without having to enter the password?

(Just not finding my answer searching...., and I should remember this)

By "Have that Windows/Linux time issue on another box" I assume this is a dual boot box where time is off by the UTC offset?

If so change the linux hardware clock reference to LOCAL and update the system clock to the correct time. Why not run ntp as a service?
