telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Hi all,

I did followings:
Code:
telnet web-mycompany-test1.com 80
But got:
Code:
Trying 182.23.17.38...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
But as I tried:
Code:
telnet web-mycompany-test2.com 80
It's OK.

Where is wrong?

Do both web-mycompany-test1.com and web-mycompany-test2.com resolve to the same ip address?
