Success!!!! Nforce Audio Works!!

Well after battling it out with my new compile of 2.6.3 kernel and not having audio for a while i have finally won the battle!!!! Been dying to get linux smooth on my new rig:
AMD2600 Barton
Abit NF7-s
512DDR400 Crucial
with a trick looking Thermaltake Lanfire XaserIII case.
Thanx LQ.org

It all pretty much came down to installing the correct versions of utilities and a reboot (damn i need to read more readme's).

Not too shabby for a 3 month old newbie user i think..btw, i've even got my apache server and ftp going. Now...for MySQL and PHP...argggh
