Question Stop Queued Command

Hello Everyone ,
I've got

2 Terminals open

#1 DD command copying 128GB

#2 Using Kill command to monitor DD process .

i was repeating the monitoring command by using up arrow + enter and accidentally repeated dd command in the second window & got it written like ^[A , thought it's fine but when dd finished copying 128GB over 1 hour it just started from beginning because of that accidentally repeated command

how can i stop\cancel queued command ?

Usually if you close the terminal before the command is executed.
If it has started, ^C, or ^D will normally terminate the command.

Terminating with Ctrl+C ( ^C ) will cancel dd process also .. anyway to stop the queued command without stopping the current process ?
