startup options


when i startup linux mandriva the application "KAT" starts up along with K organizer, both of which i want to turn OFF and stop them from activating at the startup screen, where do i go to turn them off or rather where do i go to customize the startup features?? where or how do i turn them off ??

Are they in the system tray? If so when u right click "exit" does it ask if you want to run at start up?
Also if you close the session properly it *should* remember your last setup, depends if you have set it up 2 do that.
