Red face spam killer?

Running Fedora Core 1 and Fedora core 2 on separate machines and still using XP fewer and fewer times.

Can anyone share with me a good spam filtering program? I want to put the spam into a separate mail box so I can review and add the sender to a 'do not accept form this sender'. Is there such a package that someone could direct me to?
