Some software needs

Please indicate me some programs that can have the same functionality as:
1. Mail client for linux(suse 10.2) who can work in a lan with Microsoft Exchange
2. Something for linux similar to "video downloader" for flvfiles (youtube)
3. Equivalent for flashget - I am aiming 2 functionalities mainly:
- the possibility to split the initial file in more pieces for quicker download
- the possibility to download with a single command more files from the same location(eg: 20 pics from one site, given as thumbnails)
4. Are there linux programs for downloading a whole site so that I can take it home for later offline surfing ?

I usually preffer the files to be downloaded in my computer and then use YAST, because it is not working very good in the MS Exchange network, but in local mode it is OK !

Thank you !

3.) KGet, if you're using KDE.
