Some Advice


Hi all

I am thinking about chnging over to linux, what versions would you reccomend for me to load on? Nice and free would be good.

I am totally new to linux, what are the advantages to using linux over windows? There must be some, otherwise you wouldnt be here!!

For newbies I recomend an "easy" distro. Ubuntu, Fedora and SuSE seem to be the top ones right now. Linux has a lot of advantages. Its safer, more stable, more fun, and it looks a lot prettier. Linux also allows you to show off to 99% of your friends.
