Software and update wont open


Settings -> software and update
Won't open.
Any solution?

Your going to have to provide a lot more information than just that, as there is nothing we can tell you based on just that.

It just wont open when i click on it.no error shows up.
I m doing so to set best mirror network for updating and upgrading.
