Post Small Linux


Is there any small versions of linux that i ccan download (samm download limits) and am not interested i n buy linux but i just want to try it out

try going to www.distrowatch.com, they will have a list of small distros

some off the top of my head are zipslack, vectorlinux, slax, damn-small-linux

A whopping 50MB. Also, one of the biggest things about is that it's FREE. The majority of the linux market is trying to follow that standard, also.

Vector Linux is a full featured distribution but the CD image is "only" 230MB. Good stuff.

core linux is a dl of about 150mb
