Slow listing mapped drives from Windowns

I have the following scenario:

- Citrix server installed on a Windows 2003 server.
- Windows32 citrix clients connecting to the citrix server.
- Linux citrix clients connecting to the windows citrix server.

The client have their drivers mapped locally but when I logon into the citrix server and try to list their drivers, or I open a document and select "Save as" the clients are very slow to list the network
drivers mapped in Explorer or "MyComputer". It can take 10 seconds or so before the drivers appear and Explorer starts responding again.

Any ideas?

Thanks
