I've never used them. Others have that I know about. I've never heard anything bad about them. Did you read the http://www.edmunds-enterprises.com/linux/comments.php ?

This is on that page:
"It's always a pleasure doing business with you. I've recommended you to all that have an interest." - John T

John T. is a regular over at justlinux.com. I first heard about the edmunds site from him.

Be sure to check out their FAQ page:

http://www.edmunds-enterprises.com/linux/faq.php

(Man, I wonder if I can get a kickback/finder's fee. I could use an extra 90 cents. )

From that FAQ page:

How long does it take to get my CD's?

Shipments are usually processed the same day payment is received. Larger orders may take longer if the entire order cannot be supplied with existing inventory, but this usually is not a problem. Almost all orders are mailed out the next business day after payment is received. Faster shipping options are also available. Check the order page for more information and the appropriate cost.

Ordering from 3rd party stores DOES NOT, support the linux community NOR does it help support the developers of the OS in any way shape or form. They've taken this free software, downloaded and burned it for you on to a CD. It's cheep because they're charging you for that time and a single CD where if you bought it from slackware you would be supporting Pat who just released the latest 12.0 release. I believe he deserves that money (if you are willing to pay) more than those other guys do.
