Smile Shell scripts migration from SunOS 5.9 to Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 4.0 64-bit

We are changing our OS from SunOS 5.9 to Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 4.0 64-bit. We have few korn shell scripts which are currently running under SUNOS 5.9. Will these scrits work on LINUX as it is or we need to do any code changes?
IS there anyone who have done this kind of migration before?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Short answer is "yes"...longer answer is "it depends".

If you have basic scripts (i.e. copy a file, sleep, issue date commands, etc.), you're probably fine as-is. If you have anything performing more advanced stuff, you may want to check the MAN pages of the commands you're running via script, to see if the flag names changed (or are even applicable under Linux).

Your loops, if-then statements, etc., should be fine.
