Unhappy sh: syntax error near unexpected token `('


Can some one explain why do I get error :sh: syntax error near unexpected token `('

When launching my application in cross platform ges.
when I launch my GUI application on Solaris and try to do ssh and run another command on Linux I get the above error.

Can someone please help me???

erm, what application??? maybe you're using a different shell? bash vs csh?
