sda must have gpt disk label


Dear Team,

We have IBM System x3620 M3 server, while installing RHEL 6 we are getting "SDA MUST HAVE GPT DISK LABEL" error, how can i resolve this issue, i have configured raid 1 and 2X300 GB. Anybody please help me...

Did you try to look this up first? The LQ Search and Google can often help...just putting the error message in pulls up lots. Like this, as the VERY FIRST HIT:

And again, since you're using RHEL on IBM hardware, you are paying for support from both IBM and Red Hat...you should be contacting Red Hat for installation issues.
