up to yesterday my samba printing was working finely. but suddenly today it staped. my smb.conf file having entry for printer as follows.

[printers]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
# browseable = no
# Set public = yes to allow user 'guest account' to print
guest ok = yes
# writable = no
printable = yes

my smb service working properly.
my cups service also working properly.
testparm alo showing following section regarding printer.

[printers]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
# browseable = no
# Set public = yes to allow user 'guest account' to print
guest ok = yes
# writable = no
printable = yes
