RTL8821ce support on linux not based on ubuntu?
My computer uses a RTL8821ce wireless network adapter and I can use clone it from a guy on github but it isn't getting active developement. is there a way to get wifi without using this:https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce ? Like, on some distros, sudo can't be used so how would I get connectivity? Thanks for any help.

What distro?
You generally don't need sudo, su should still work.
I'd suggest that you see about a usb to ethernet device that might be used to get lan connection to fix this. It is possible to download to a flash drive all the things you may need too but seems a bit more effort to me.
I'd wonder what distro doesn't have sudo by default.
Debian didn't until very recently, and even now I think there's some way to not install it during installation, maybe by not providing a root password. IIRC.
