RTL 8111/8168B pci express gigabit eth ctrler is not detecting in rhel 5


hi
i installed rhel5 in my pc. i could not find eth device in system-config-network. by using lspci i could see it.what is the prob? how can i get it installed in my pc? i hav no prob if i install mandriva and win xp.
plz share the solution?
