rsync error code 23 on galera cluster

Hello all, we are using a galera cluster with 3 nodes which syncs with rsync.
all databases are synced correctly except 1 which i get the code 23 error.

it syncs the schema but not the data, how can i check which file fails to be copied?

You're syncing a database with rsync? Do I have that right?
I don't understand about "which file". I think we need more information...

when you build a galera cluster there is a file /etc/my.cnf.d/server.cnf
where this entry exists
wsrep_sst_method=rsync

so when you create a new db on the master node rsync copies the db also to the other nodes.
we have multiple databases at the moment which are all seeded to the other nodes succesfully except one which fails with exit code 23.
i can give whatever details needed.
