RPM: install gcc

I have a source rpm file (gcc-3.2.2-5.src.rpm) copied to a directory.
when I tried to install gcc, by going to that particular directory, and type

rpm -ivh gcc-3.2.2-5.src.rpm

it gives me this message:

warning: gcc-3.2.2-5.src.rpm: V3 DSA Signature: NOKEY, KeyID db42a60e
error: cannot create % sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

how to overcome that?

thanks.

to my knowledge if you manually create the SOURCES directory (in the path shown) the problem will go away ....
