Hello everybody ,

good day to all , this is Bharath Shetty

I am a new to this forum and also like to get informations from the experts .

RHEL5 - I have RHEL5 DVD , how i install office packages like SPREADSHEET ETC, after i have installed the RHEL5 SERVER.

Does this package come along with the same DVD.

pLS help

In the RPMS folder in the DVD look for "Openoffice" titled package. If this exists, you should be able to install Openoffice which contains office apps.

If you are looking at MS office installation, you need to install the Wine package first.

hello bharat office package doesnt come in rhel5server,U have to download OpenOffice and manually install it.

It should be on the DVD but if it is not here is the link to the src.rpms:
