Restricting a group from going online

I need to restrict a group from going anywere on the internet. I have a group set up called 'offline' and I'd like to set up so nobody in that group will have internet access. Then I can just add users as I need to the group. Btw I am very new to Linux, I love it so far and I'm using the latest version of Debian. Thank you.

You do that with permissions and ownership. You set up the permissions and ownership for the Internet device so that when anyone in the offline group tries to access that device they get "permission denied".
