Resize Window?

OK, this may sound stupid but I've setup a server w/o gnome or kde. I can run netscape from an xterm window. The netscape window is too large, I can shrink it horizontally but not vertically. The only control is the upper right hand corner.

What am I missing?

Try grabbing either the left or right side border and while pressing the [alt] key and using the right mouse button try dragging your netscape window down until you can see the top (or bottom) of the netscape window so you can grab the top or bottom border to drag and resize.
