Removing broken package.

I am on Kubuntu 8.04. When I search for sound-juicer in adept, it reports pkg broken. How can I remove it so I can reinstall?

In my own experience with the 'buntu family, entering:

Code:
sudo apt-get install <packagename>
in the terminal reinstalls the broken part automatically.

Hope this helps
