Question relay incoming mail


Hello

I'm serching how I'can made a relay for the incoming mails of my enterprise.
I don't have my own mail server (it's my provider who manage it), but I've a linux server for filtering the Internet trafic.
What I want to do is to filter the incoming mail of my differents mailbox befor users get them with Outlook (all the computers are runing with windows 98)
