Unhappy Reinstalled Windows 98 lost linux dual boot

Thank you for any help ..

I work for an oilfield service company (new employee) and today the boss asked me if i could install a sound card from an old PC . I said sure . For the sound card to work i had to reinstall windows 98se . I did'nt know that after i installed windows that the option to boot up in debian or windows would no longer be. I am very new to linux and don't know all the uses of it .We use debian to view various oil-well log files (TIFF Files). And debian is the only program we use to view and print and load files off our mole disk . I have installed partition magic and the partition for linux is still there . I just don't know how to get the debain or windows boot option back . It is about a 5 hour drive one way for a tech to fix and i am afraid my ass will be grass. Any help would be appreciated thanks mike
