First step would be to go to Google, and look for resources. We are happy to help you with a PROBLEM, but we aren't going to look things up for you. Since you can install multiple versions of NS2, and since there are MANY patches and TCL resources which can assist, you have many resources available to you if you tried to look. Install the latest version of NS2 first.
