Unhappy RedHat 7.2.1 Printers Stopped

I added a printer in PRINTCAP. The printers are all Windows printers. I restarted the system but now nothing prints. I removed the entry thst I added and rebooted still no printer prints.

Any help is very much appreciated.

This is a follow up to my question. The new printer added was a Dell Laser 1815dn properly defined and working in Microsoft Windows. After I added this printer in PRINTCAP nothing prints on any other printer in Linux. I can ping

How can i reset the system so the other printers can at least start printing again?

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

/opt/DELL/mfp/share/slpr.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libcups.so.2
